Biography

A detailed executive biography and background.

Mladen Milavić is a trusted advisor to leadership teams seeking to improve execution, strengthen organizational culture, and navigate complex business transformations. With more than 30 years of enterprise sales and leadership experience, he brings a rare combination of commercial excellence, behavioral science, and practical transformation experience. His work focuses on one critical question most organizations struggle with: how to turn strategy into execution. By combining Growth Mindset principles, Emotional Intelligence, and enterprise operating discipline, he helps leadership teams build cultures of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement — the foundations required for sustainable performance in uncertain environments. Having spent 16 years at Microsoft and 3 years at SAP, along with leadership roles at A1, Mercuri International, and Raiffeisen Bank Austria, he understands how large organizations operate from the inside. He has led complex enterprise negotiations, advised senior stakeholders, and closed strategic agreements exceeding $20 million per contract across multiple international markets including Croatia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Georgia, Albania, and Kosovo. Throughout his career, he has managed more than $100 million in sales and consistently exceeded performance targets in highly competitive environments. His performance has been recognized through membership in the Microsoft Platinum Club (top 300 globally), two Microsoft Gold Club recognitions (top 2,000 of 150,000 employees), and recognition as one of the top four SAP Rookie of the Year winners in the CEE region in 2022. Beyond commercial success, his advisory work is grounded in deep understanding of human performance. He applies Growth Mindset principles based on the research of Stanford professor Carol Dweck to help organizations move from control-based management toward leadership models built on learning, adaptability, and resilience. He completed more than 300 days of executive education and holds certifications from INSEAD, London School of Economics (LSE), and Wharton. He is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, a Mensa member, and a graduate of the NCL Master Academy. Organizations typically engage Mladen when they need more than advice — when they need measurable improvement in execution, leadership effectiveness, and business results.
