Mladen Milavić is a trusted advisor to leadership teams seeking to improve execution, strengthen organizational culture, and navigate complex business transformations. With more than 30 years of enterprise sales and leadership experience, he brings a rare combination of commercial excellence, behavioral science, and practical transformation experience. His work focuses on one critical question most organizations struggle with: how to turn strategy into execution.
